The Village Family Services, Los Angeles

At The Village Family Services, Rachel provided individual therapy to children, teens, and young adults navigating challenges such as depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, and difficulty with coping skills. She also co-facilitated Incredible Years Group therapy, supporting children and their parents in developing social and behavioral skills. Her work emphasized emotional regulation, helping clients build practical tools to better understand and manage their internal experiences.

Lifespan Psychological Centers, Los Angeles

Prior to earning her M.S in Marriage and Family Therapy, Rachel supported therapists in facilitating group therapy for teenage boys and non-binary individuals. These groups provided a space to process symptoms of anxiety and depression, with a focus on the emotional impact of isolation experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic.
